ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
Order Status:
• Please refer to the shipping confirmation email sent from us to get a direct link to your order status or tracking number.
• Please allow up to 1 business day for your tracking number to update. If your tracking states "Not Found" or "Pre-Shipment info has been sent to USPS," please allow the full 24 hours for tracking info to update.
Order Processing:
• Orders are processed within 3-5 days (possibly sooner) then shipped. Weekends and Holidays are not included in processing time frame. If you need an item sooner please add next day shipping at checkout. All preorders have shipping information listed under that particular product.
Shipping time frames given below are in addition to the normal processing times
• Successfully placed orders with the correct email address will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please double check your spam and the email you provided in your order - including typography errors such as ".con" rather than ".com." If you're still having trouble, please email us and we will do our best to help.
• Orders must be shipped to address matching credit/debit card used to place order.
U.S. SHIPPING
*If needed, please comment in your order that you would like signature confirmation insurance on your package. Because we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages, this ensures that your mail provider must deliver this to you face to face or your package will be safely kept at your local USPS.
USPS STANDARD SHIPPING
• INPODS will have its own rate, depending on weight of the package and location of the receiver.
• First class priority/flat rate shipping typically takes 1-3 business days to receive after order has been shipped.
• Any order placed on the weekend does not qualify for next day shipping. However they will be sent priority with signature confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates starting at $23.95, depending on weight of the package and location of the receiver.
